Also please be informed all boats use the new piers in all ports, and most ports will charge a Rp20,000 / per person fee for disembarkation and embarkation too. This is mandatory set by the government.
There will be no pick-up / drop-off service provided on the Gili Islands, but you can easily walk or get a horse cart to/from your hotel.
